The FIT Lobby Check-In program allows credit union lobby traffic to sign into a device and indicate what services or products they need assistance with, as well as the ability to request a specific member services representative.

How It Works
The Member Check-In Flow
From the moment a member walks in to the moment a rep calls them up — FIT Lobby Check-In manages the entire queue automatically.
Member Arrives
Member walks into the branch and approaches the check-in device — stationary kiosk or tablet greeter.
Selects Services
Member selects the services or products they need and, optionally, requests a specific representative.
Queue Managed
The admin interface shows live queue status. Staff can elevate or reorder member priorities as needed.
Rep Selects Member
A member services representative selects the next member from the Lobby Check-In UI to serve.
KeyStone® Loads
Member data is automatically passed to KeyStone® and presented in the Transaction tab — no manual lookup.
